AirWatch is an EMM leader growing at 30+ % YOY and has recognized as industry leader in EMM/MDM by Gartner in 2017. Hired as a Director of Quality Engineering to execute corporate strategy for operational profitability and maturity in processes and people. Started with managing a team of 25 engineers and grown in responsibilities of managing over 60 engineers consists of over 10 managers and 3 sr. managers located across 5 geographical locations (Atlanta, India, Japan, Austin, California). Report direct to Vice President of Operations and manage over a million of capital expenses.

As Director of IT, Ketan is a catalyst for innovative automation solutions that align with business mission, stakeholder expectations and user requirements.

 
Widely experienced in designing, implementing and leading technology transformations, Ketan was recruited to rejoin Purchasing Power in 2013 to restructure and operationalize their e-commerce platform during a critical revenue period. In earlier roles, he also integrated technology operations during a $300M merger and instituted an organization’s first Center of Excellence for Test Automation and Performance Testing.

 
With a reputation for structured and judicious cost management, Ketan was selected to advise the Executive Team at Purchasing Power on risk management and expense strategies for all 2015 release engineering projects and was recognized for managing CAPEX within +/- 10% of projections.

At Purchasing Power, one of Ketan’s most significant achievements in system capacity design was the roll out of an award-winning mobile-optimized website that enabled a $300M revenue return. In recognition of the increased site conversion and revenue gain, Purchasing Power won the prestigious Bronze 2015 Stevie Award and was ranked #124 in the Internet Retailer 2015.


Ketan’s product development focus started early in his career with a pivotal role as QA Manager at OpenText Corporation, a global Enterprise Content Management leader, where he stabilized and optimized a $20M product revenue stream during a critical company growth phase. Customers at OpenText included Disney, Citibank Japan and the City of New York.


As a pioneering outsourcing leader, Ketan has created, led and cultivated multiple offshore product and QA teams, guiding more than 125 members and delivering multi-million dollar product innovations. At OpenText, Ketan established two worldwide teams working on eight product suites, while at Qualcomm, his mandate was to form an offshore QA team for a $2M project.


Ketan holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the Robinson College of Business, Georgia State University in Atlanta, GA and a Bachelor of Engineering degree from L.D. College of Engineering in India. Ketan also completed the majority of credits for a Master of Engineering degree at the University of New Haven in New Haven, CT.
